Due to numerous rejections from the embassies and time delays, please could you assist us and your clients by doing the following:
Submit enquiries for requirements and application forms from our website. Should you not have permanent access to the internet, please e-mail and we will e-mail, fax or deliver a CD to your premises.
"Attach" the requirements list to the front of your applications. Tick all requirements. To ensure you have provided all the correct documents first time round, staple all documents in order as listed on the requirements form.
Consultant and client to "sign" envelope on middle right, issuing the order to be carried out and that any original documents have been included as per envelope check list.
Please take special note of processing times, this will determine whether we can process your request on time, according to the clients “Date of Travel”.
Please complete all points on application forms, omitting information on the application forms WILL delay the processing time.
